  • General Eye Exam                                                      $49

    Includes a glasses prescription and 3 months of related follow-up visits.

  • Contact Lens Exam                                                    $89

    Includes glasses and contact lens prescriptions along with 3 months of related follow-up visits.

  • Contact Lens Exam (astigmatism)                         $109

    Includes glasses and astigmatism contact lens prescriptions along with 3 months of related follow-up visits.

  • Contact Lens Exam (extended wear, soft bi-focal, RGP)                                                                         $129

    Includes glasses and contact lens prescriptions along with 3 months of related follow-up visits. 

    Extended wear - continuous wear for 24 hours per day for up to a month

    RGP - rigid gas permeable (hard contact lenses)

  • Contact Lens Exam (specialty, high astigmatism) 
                                                                                      $135

    Includes glasses and specialty contact lens prescriptions along with 3 months of related follow-up visits.  This includes bi-focal astigmatism contact lenses.

  • Contact Fitting                                                  $69 & up

    Must have an outside, current glasses prescription (within the last 3 months) at the time of exam.  Prices may vary based on contacts needed as described above (i.e., astigmatism, bi-focal, rgp, etc.).  If glasses prescription is not accurate, additional charges may apply.

  • Contact Lens Training                                               $15

    Required for all first-time contact lens wearers.   Training includes insertion and removal of contact lenses and proper care instructions.

  • Dilation                                                                       $18

    Dilating the pupils with eye drops is necessary to obtain a better view inside your eyes in order to ensure optimal eye health.  Many diseases can be diagnosed early through dilation which may not be detected otherwise.

  • Office Visit                                                        $50 & up

    Includes allergies, red eyes, ocular pain, lost contact lenses, etc.

Currently accepting Spectera insurance.  We encourage all patients to contact their insurance providers (i.e., VSP and Blue Cross) to check out-of-network claim reimbursement rates; we will gladly provide detailed receipts to ensure your reimbursement.
